Abstract:
The optimization and improvement of electromagnetic compatibility(EMC) testing for a strength measurement system is studied in the paper. By addressing issues related to the power circuit, layout and wiring, and chassis design, the electromagnetic radiation level of the system is reduced and its anti-interference level is improved. As a result, the EMC performance of the system is enhanced, and reliability issues are resolved. Third-party testing confirms that the system meets the requirement of national standards. The findings of this study have important implications for the optimization and improvement of EMC testing for similar systems.
