Abstract: In this paper,according to the standard requirements of the drive motor system for electric vehicles,a test scheme for the performance of electric wheels is designed,and a test bench for the performance of electric wheels is built,which can complete the main performance test and data analysis of electric wheels. This paper mainly expounds the working characteristics of the electric wheel,the design of the test scheme and the realization of the test process. The results show that the test scheme can meet the performance test requirements of the electric wheel.
