赵庄矿复合顶板巷道稳定性分析及控制研究

Study on Stability Analysis and Control of Composite Roof Roadway in Zhaozhuang Mine

  • 摘要: 为了解决复合顶板巷道顶板不稳定、支护困难的问题,以赵庄矿5101巷为工程背景,通过顶板内部结构窥视确定松动破碎范围为0~7m,基于此将复合顶板巷道顶板稳定程度划分为稳定层、亚稳定层、非稳定层,并提出顶板长-短锚索+长锚杆支护的多层次联合顶板支护方案。支护方案现场应用后的矿压监测结果表明,此支护技术可有效控制顶板下沉,保证巷道围岩稳定。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problems of unstable roof and difficult support of roadway roof in composite roof, taking Lane 5101 of Zhaozhuang Mine as the engineering background, the loose and broken range is determined to be 0~7m by peeping at the internal structure of the roof. Based on this, the stability degree of roadway roof with composite roof is divided into stable layer, sub-stable layer and unstable layer, and a multi-level combined roof support scheme of long-short anchor cable and long bolt support is put forward. After the application of the support scheme in the field, the mine pressure monitoring results show that this support technology can effectively control the roof subsidence and ensure the stability of roadway surrounding rock.
