Abstract: Aiming the detection problem of the cable of force sensor in the structural strength test,an intelligent cable detector is designed. On the basis of visual detection of the cable,the intelligent detection is carried out based on the online management of the cable database and the communication with the host computer. The principle of the intelligent detection of the cable with the single chip microcomputer as the processor core is described,the feasibility of the controller is verified,and the detection efficiency and reliability are improved to a certain extent. Through the online management of the database,the cable labeling is realized to achieve the purpose of accurate detection and traceability.
