某直升机传动系统动力传动轴试验装置改进设计分析

Improved Design and Analysis of Test Device for Power Driving Shaft of Transmission System on Helicopter

  • 摘要: 直升机传动系统动力传动轴是连接发动机与减速器的枢纽,动力传动轴研制时需要进行大量的试验,试验时需要在高转速、高扭矩、大偏角状态长期运行。针对试验装置寿命过短的问题,本文根据试验原理,对原有试验装置及故障原因进行了分析,使用动力学设计和模态仿真,对试验装置结构进行了大量改进。经过试验验证,改进后的试验装置工作稳定、可靠,寿命从20h提高到了1000h。

     

    Abstract: The power driving shaft of helicopter is the hub between the engine and the decelerator. A lot of tests are required for the development of power driving shaft, which need running for a long time at high speed、high torque and large deflection angle. Aiming at the problem of short life of the test device, according to the test principle, this paper analyzes the fault of the original test device. Using dynamic design and modal simulation, the structure of the test device has been greatly improved. According to the test, the improved test device works stably and reliably, and its life is increased from 20 hours to 1000 hours.
