Abstract: In order to make it effective for the change control of qualification test of civil aircraft airborne equipment,this paper elaborates the process of qualification test change,and takes ten products as the research object which are assembled on a civil aircraft fuel system,and analyses the change reasons of the qualification test by classification statistics method.The results show that the adopted test change control method is effective,and the factors,such as incomplete requirements analysis in the early stage of development and unreasonable selection of test bench,account for the main reasons.Corresponding optimization strategies are put forward to reduce the identification test cycle and cost.
