航空惯性试验台鼓轮系统设计

Design of Drum Wheel System of Aviation Inertia Test-Bed

  • 摘要: 航空惯性试验台是对航空机轮及轮胎进行性能测试和验证的综合性模拟试验设备。在试验台研制过程中,对核心部分的鼓轮系统关键设计技术进行了研究。依据试验工艺、技术参数等进行鼓轮系统结构设计,在分析了鼓轮静强度后,通过分析比较确立了鼓轮整体式构造,最后对鼓轮动态力学性能进行了计算。实际试验验证表明,鼓轮系统工作可靠、稳定,实现了预定的试验功能。

     

    Abstract: Aviation inertia test-bed is a kind of comprehensive simulation test equipment for testing and verifying the performance of aviation wheels and tires. During the development of the test-bed, the key design technology of the drum wheel system in the core part is studied. The drum wheel system structure is designed according to the test process and technical parameters. After analyzing the static strength of the drum wheel, the integral structure of the drum wheel is confirmed through analysis and comparison. Finally, the dynamic mechanical properties of the drum wheel are calculated. The actual test shows that the drum wheel system works reliably and stably, and realizes the predetermined test function.
