Abstract:
Radiation heating is widely used in the heating methods of ultra-high temperature vacuum(gas-protecting) material testing device. The traditional radiation heating equipment is restricted by the metal heaters, and the heating temperature is difficult to exceed 2200℃. Although induction heating and electric heating are widely used in ultra-high temperature heating, their heating uniformity for sample is poor. In this paper, the characteristics of ultra-high temperature radiation heating graphite heater are studied. Based on the test data of traditional metal heater, the data are analyzed and calculated by using software, and the appropriate heater power is selected, which is verified in subsequent tests.
