一种海工栈桥多功能伸缩补偿液压控制系统设计与仿真分析

Design and Simulation Analysis of Hydraulic Control System with Multi-function Telescopic Compensation for Offshore Trestle

  • 摘要: 考虑不同作业目标的搭接特点,设计一种集主动波浪补偿、恒撑力被动波浪补偿与低阻力自由位置被动补偿控制三种功能于一体的栈桥伸缩液压控制系统。针对这一新型波浪补偿液压系统,设计了不同模式下的控制策略以及模式切换策略。AMEsim的仿真分析结果表明,设计的栈桥用伸缩液压控制系统的三种功能均具有较好的波浪补偿性能,且模式切换过程平稳、无冲击。这一海工栈桥用新型多功能伸缩补偿液压控制系统对未来栈桥设计具有很好的指导意义。

     

    Abstract: Considering the connecting characteristics of different maritime targets,an offshore telescopic compensation hydraulic control system is designed,which integrates active wave compensation,constant support force compensation and low resistance force compensation. For this new wave compensation hydraulic system,the mode control strategy and mode switching strategy are designed. According to the simulation results in AMEsim,the designed telescopic hydraulic control system performs well in three operating modes,and the mode switching processes are smooth. This new multi-functional telescopic compensation hydraulic system of offshore trestle will provide great guidance for the future trestle design.
