军用飞机培训技术体系构建设计与验证研究

Research on Design and Verification of Military Aircraft Training Technology System

  • 摘要: 针对传统的军用飞机培训体系自动化程度不高、培训模式单一及培训效果不理想等问题,本文基于信息化、虚拟现实、数字仿真等技术手段,在认真分析作战环境下培训保障模式特征的基础上,通过培训需求分析、课程设计、训练系统研制、评估验证等技术环节,构建了基于实战保障特征的军用飞机培训体系,并以某型军用运输机首批装备训练为依托,进行了培训技术体系的验证和优化设计研究。研究结果表明:通过数百人次的培训验证,证明所构建的培训技术体系合理、完整,能够最大程度地贴近部队作战环境下的保障;战训任务覆盖率达到97%,满足首装初始训练所需的各项教学功能,并全面覆盖了空、地勤训练任务;所建立的培训体系和全新的培训模式可广泛应用于我国航空武器装备的机型培训,对提升我军军用装备的使用安全性、战斗完好性有非常重要的意义。

     

    Abstract: In view of the problems of traditional military aircraft training system,such as low degree of automation,single training mode and unsatisfactory training effect,the characteristics of training support mode in combat environment are analyzed by means of information technology,virtual reality and digital simulation. The training system of military aircraft is constructed by analyzing the technical links of training needs analysis,curriculum design,training system development,evaluation and verification. The training technology system is verified and optimized through the first training of some military transport aircraft. The results show that the training system is reasonable and advanced,and can be close to the fight environment extremely. The training system can cover 97 percent of the fight tasks and 100 percent of the training missions,and can meet all the teaching functions of training required. The training system and new training model can be widely used for training of weaponries in China,which has great significance and far-reaching military significance to improve the safety and combat readiness of our military equipment.
