Abstract
Aiming to the problem of very high cycle fatigue of aero-engine compressor and turbine blade components in service, based on the working characteristics of vibration table, a vibration fatigue sample with a frequency of more than 1500Hz is designed by using finite element software. A high frequency vibration fatigue test system for simulating the vibration of blade structure is established, and the vibration fatigue test is completed. The results show that the variation trend of very high cycle vibration fatigue test results based on vibration table is basically consistent with the rotating bending fatigue test results. The test method has good reliability and can be used as one of the verification methods for the very high fatigue properties of metal materials.
