Abstract
In this paper, a movable sealing technology based on the theory of translational bearing is proposed according to the analysis of the defects of the movable sealing scheme commonly used in the static-pressure composite test of aero-engine casing parts at this stage. The technology has been proved by test, and the results show that the movable sealing technology based on the theory of translational bearing is feasible, simple and reliable in the static-pressure composite test of aero-engine casing parts. In the verification test, the movable sealing device is installed once can ensure the test sealing quality, which fully shows that the device is well sealed and the installation is simple and reliable. The designed reusable universal parts of translational bearing can greatly improve the utilization rate of the test connection section, save the test cost and reduce the test design and assembly workload.
