Improvement of the Application Function of Laser Tracker

  • The application of laser tracker in aircraft assembly fixture manufacturing(mostly used for fixture locating element) has become mature, but it is not widely used in the detection of parts surface shape, especially for the detection of parts surface line position, it is in the exploratory stage. Taking a slat fixture of C919 as an example, a laser tracker and a self-made auxiliary measuring tool(measuring pen) are used to detect and analyze the position accuracy of the clamping plate cutting lines, which solves the problems of low detection accuracy, unstable detection results and no data support in the traditional detection process. The results indicate that the position of the cutting line can be accurately and efficiently detected by laser tracker and measuring pen, and the deviation value, deviation direction and deviation angle between the measured position and the theoretical position of the cutting line can be obtained.
