The Ground Ice Cloud Simulation Control System Design of Aircraft Climatic Laboratory

Aircraft icing can cause aerodynamic characteristics of aircraft,power system performance change,and even cause flight accidents.As an important equipment to simulate the icing condition of aircraft,the ground ice cloud simulation facility is often used to verify the function of aircraft anti-icing system.According to the requirement of ice cloud test in the laboratory of climate environment,based on the research of the simulation system of ground ice cloud,the ice cloud simulation system is designed.The key design technology,system function and composition of the system are analyzed,and the control system scheme is described in detail.The test results show that the control system is user-friendly and reliable,and can meet the requirements of accurate adjustment of liquid water content and droplet diameter parameters,and produce the required freezing environment.
