Research on Fire Test Technology of External Pipeline of Aeroengine

The fuel and lubricating oil combustible medium of aeroengine is transported through external pipelines, and the structural and functional integrity of external pipeline is very important for sustained airworthiness of the aeroengine. The external pipelines installed in the aeroengine fire zone shall be subjected to fire resistance test in accordance with the requirements of airworthiness regulations and relevant fire test standards. In this paper, the test requirements are analyzed, and the oil supply system, heating system, vibration system and fire system of external pipelines are designed. The test technology has certain guiding significance for similar comprehensive tests.
