  • The launch acceleration of an aerospace product is ranging from 18000g to 22000g, and the impact load is very large. How to ensure the reliability of the devices inside the product in high impact overload environment under the condition that the structural strength meets the requirements has become an urgent problem to be solved. In this paper, according to the structural characteristics of the product, the overall potting technology is used to improve the overall high overload resistance of the product. Through relevant tests, a set of overall potting proposal with high potting efficient and stable results is determined.
