Design and Optimization of Static Test Loading End Cover of Rear Fuselage

  • According to the test load and constraint requirement of loading end cover,this paper designs a static test load end cover structure of rear fuselage.Using beam element to simulate the bolt connection,and shell element is used to simulate the butt end plate,I-beam and cover plate.Then the finite element analysis is carried out.Based on the finite element analysis result,it is optimized for the low safety factor of I-beam,after the optimization,it meets the requirement of design.This paper provides an important support for design and optimize the static test load end cover structure of the rear fuselage.
