Research and Cause Analysis on Abnormal Radial Vibration of Drive Motor Bench for New Energy Vehicles

The factors affecting the abnormal radial vibration of the drive motor bench for new energy vehicles are analyzed in the paper. Combined with the practical cases, the causes of abnormal radial vibration are determined by means of vibration sensor test and modal analysis, and the corrective measures are put forward. The research provides a reference for solving the problem of radial vibration in the bench test of drive motors for new energy vehicles, and has strong practical value.
