MS-222和丁香酚对亚东鲑鱼麻醉效果的比较

  • 摘要: 【目的】提高亚东鲑(Salmon trutta)鱼在科研采样、生产选育及增殖放流标记中的成活率.【方法】使用MS-222和丁香酚对体质量(143.2±7.44)g鱼种进行了麻醉效果比较试验.【结果】MS-222和丁香酚质量浓度分别为100~160、50~110 mg/L时,麻醉程度均能达到延髓麻醉期(A6),且随着麻醉剂浓度升高,麻醉时间依次降低,复苏时间依次递增;24 h复苏成活率均为100%;MS-222质量浓度为130~140 mg/L时可满足3 min内麻醉、5 min内复苏;随着水温的上升,MS-222和丁香酚麻醉和复苏时间均呈递减趋势;鱼种进入延髓麻醉期后,随着空气暴露时间延长,MS-222复苏时间呈递增趋势,空气暴露时间达到25 min时成活率为66.7%;而丁香酚麻醉复苏时间呈先递减后递增的变化趋势,空气暴露时间达到20、25 min后成活率分别降至60%和20%.【结论】MS-222比丁香酚对亚东鲑鱼具有更好的麻醉效果,建议生产实践中选择使用质量浓度25 mg/L MS-222浅麻、质量浓度130 mg/L深麻,麻醉适宜水温12~16℃,空气暴露时间小于20 min.

     

    Abstract: 【Objective】 In order to improve the survival rate of Salmon trutta fingerlings in scientific research sampling, production selection and breeding and release marking.【Method】 MS-222 and eugenol were used to compare the anesthetic effects of the fingerling with body mass(143.2±7.44) g test.【Result】 When the mass concentrations of MS-222 and clove oil reached 100~160 and 50~110 mg/L respectively, the degree of anesthesia reached the stage of medulla oblongata anesthesia(A6).With the increase of the concentrations of MS-222 and Eugenol, the anesthesia time decreased and the resuscitation time increased The survival rate was 100% at 24 h, MS-222 at the concentration of 130~140 mg/L was anesthetized within 3 minutes and resuscitated within 5 minutes.MS-222 and eugenol showed a decreasing trend of anesthesia and recovery time with the increase of water temperature.The survival rate of MS-222 was 66.7% when the time of MS-222 was 25 min, and the recovery time of eugenol was decreasing at first and then increasing with the time of air exposure, the survival rate decreased to 60% and 20% after 20 and 25 min air exposure respectively.【Conglusion】 MS-222 is a better anesthetic agent than eugenol for Salmon trutta. It was suggested that MS-222 with 25 mg/L shallow anesthetic concentration and 130 mg/L deep anesthetic concentration should be used in practice. The optimal anesthetic temperature was 12~16 ℃,the time of air exposure was less than 20 min.
