基于AHP-EWM评价陕西渭北地区无袋栽培苹果果实品质

Evaluation of fruit quality of bagless apple in Weibei area of Shaanxi Province based on AHP-EWM

  • 摘要: 【目的】建立无袋栽培模式下苹果果实品质评价体系。【方法】以20个苹果品种为试材,测定了果实基本品质指标,利用变异系数法、相关性分析和主成分分析筛选出核心指标,构建出基于层次分析法(AHP)和熵权法(EWM)的无袋栽培苹果品种综合评价模型并对20个苹果品种进行了综合评价。【结果】果面光洁指数(v7)、硬度(v9)、花青苷含量(v12)、维生素C含量(v13)、固酸比(v15)为代表性指标;构建的无袋栽培苹果果实品质综合评价模型为Y(综合值)=0.355 6v7+0.112 4v9+0.235 3v12+0.183 7v13+0.113 0v15。【结论】在无袋栽培模式下,瑞香红、粉红女士、秦月、秦阳、瑞阳为综合品质较好的品种,而长富2号、玉华早富、烟富6号、2001富士综合评价结果较差,模型所得结果与陕西渭北地区的生产实际表现一致。

     

    Abstract: 【Objective】The aim of this study was to establish the evaluation system of apple fruit quality under bagless cultivation mode.【Method】Firstly,the basic quality indexes of 20 apple varieties were determined.Then the core indexes were selected by the method of the coefficient of variation,correlation analysis and principal component analysis.Lastly,a comprehensive evaluation model was constructed based on hierarchical analysis and entropy weight method to give an overall evaluation on 20 apple varieties.【Result】The results showed that the fruit surface finish index (v7),hardness (v9),anthocyanin content (v12),vitamin C content (v13) and solid to acid ratio (v15) were representative indicators,and the comprehensive evaluation model for bagless apple fruit quality was Y (comprehensive value)=0.355 6v7+0.112 4v9+0.235 3v12+0.183 7v13+0.113 0v15.【Conclusion】Under the bagless cultivation,Ruixianghong,Pink lady,Qinyue,Qinyang and Ruiyang were better in the overall quality of fruits,while Changfu 2,Yuhua Early Fuji,Yanfu 6and 2001 Fuji were relatively poor in the overall evaluation value.The results of the model were consistent with the actual production performance in Weibei area of Shaanxi Province.
