Abstract:
【Objective】The aim of this study was to establish the evaluation system of apple fruit quality under bagless cultivation mode.【Method】Firstly,the basic quality indexes of 20 apple varieties were determined.Then the core indexes were selected by the method of the coefficient of variation,correlation analysis and principal component analysis.Lastly,a comprehensive evaluation model was constructed based on hierarchical analysis and entropy weight method to give an overall evaluation on 20 apple varieties.【Result】The results showed that the fruit surface finish index (v

15.【Conclusion】Under the bagless cultivation,Ruixianghong,Pink lady,Qinyue,Qinyang and Ruiyang were better in the overall quality of fruits,while Changfu 2,Yuhua Early Fuji,Yanfu 6and 2001 Fuji were relatively poor in the overall evaluation value.The results of the model were consistent with the actual production performance in Weibei area of Shaanxi Province.
