平顶山烟区烤烟品种Y2001农艺性状及烤后烟叶化学成分的初步研究

Preliminary study on agronomic characters and chemical components of flue-cured tobacco variety Y2001 in Pingdingshan tobacco region

  • 摘要: 【目的】为烤烟品种Y2001的推广应用提供依据。【方法】以烤烟品种中烟100为对照,对Y2001的农艺特性、抗病性和烤后烟叶化学成分进行了研究分析。【结果】与中烟100相比,Y2001成熟期的株高提高4.39 cm,叶数增多1片;根黑腐病、普通花叶病、赤星病和青枯病的发病率分别降低3.73%、3.12%、1.38%和0.04%;烤后烟叶上中等烟比例提高2.65%,均价提高0.64元/kg;总植物碱含量降低0.26%,总氮含量提高0.11%,有机酸总量提高12.3 mg/g;除新植二烯外的香气总量提高35.64μg/g。【结论】相比中烟100,Y2001有较高的单叶产量以及在一定程度中提升了烟气的香气质量,有较好的推广价值。

     

    Abstract: 【Objective】 This study aimed to lay a basis for the extension of flue-cured tobacco variety Y2001.【Method】 The agronomic characteristics,disease resistance and chemical components of the cured tobacco leaves of Y2001 were studied and analyzed,with the flue-cured tobacco variety Zhongyan 100 as the control.【Result】 Compared with Zhongyan 100,the plant height of Y2001 increased by 4. 39 cm and its leaves increased 1 in the number at maturity. The incidence rates of root black rot,TMV,Alternaria alternate and bacterial wilt decreased by 3. 73%,3. 12%,1. 38% and 0. 04%,respectively. After curing,the proportion of medium tobacco in tobacco leaves increased by 2. 65%,and the average price increased by 0. 64 yuan/kg. The total alkaloid content decreased by 0. 26%,the total nitrogen content increased by 0. 11%. The total organic acid increased by 12. 3 mg/g,and the total aroma except neophytadiene increased by 35. 64 μg/g.【Conclusion】 Compared to Zhongyan 100,Y2001 has a higher single-leaf yield,the improved aroma quality,and a higher value of promotion.
