Abstract:
【Objective】 Soil erosion sensitivity reflects the sensitivity of soil erosion to human activities. In order to reveal the temporal dynamic change and spatial differentiation characteristics of soil erosion sensitivity in Taiyuan, research was conducted to identify the areas prone to soil erosion and evaluate the sensitivity of soil erosion to human activities providing scientific basis for the protection and construction of ecological environment and ensuring high-quality development of social economy in Taiyuan.【Method】 In this paper,by comprehensive evaluation method, four factors including rainfall erosivity, topographic relief, soil texture and vegetation coverage and five periods(2000,2005,2010,2015 and 2019) were selected to analyze the sensitivity of soil erosion in Taiyuan from 2000 to 2019.【Result】 Soil erosion sensitivity decreased from 2000 to 2005 and increased from 2005 to 2019. From 2000 to 2019,insensitive,mildly sensitive, and moderately sensitive areas decreased, among which insensitive area disappeared, mildly sensitive area decreased by 2. 97% and moderately sensitive area decreased by 47. 328%. Highly and extremely sensitive areas increased, among which highly and extremely sensitive area increased by 41. 362% and 8. 991% respectively.【Conclusion】 Soil erosion susceptibility is affected by rainfall, vegetation cover, soil texture, topography and other factors,of which rainfall is the key factor.
