Abstract: 【Objective】 To clarify the differences of aroma component types and release amount of different types of tobacco in China under the heat-no-burn cigarette system.【Method】 71 tobacco samples of 5types of tobacco from 10 provinces in China were widely collected,and the contents of aroma components in the smoke of the sample powder at 300 ℃ were detected by pyrolysis gas chromatography-mass spectrometry（Py-GC/MC）.【Result】 There were great differences in the types and contents of alkaloids in different types of tobacco pyrolysis flue gas,Five alkaloids were measured in sun-cured red tobacco,sun-cured yellow tobacco and cigar tobacco,and three alkaloids were measured in flue-cured tobacco and oriental tobacco; the nicotine content of sun-cured red tobacco was the highest,followed by flue-cured tobacco,sun cured yellow tobacco and cigar tobacco,and oriental tobacco was the lowest,The difference among the three groups reached a significant level; the contents of nornicotine,mesmin,diene nicotine and 2,3’-bipyridine in the pyrolysis gas of sun-cured red tobacco were the highest,The types and contents of aroma substances detected and confirmed in different types of tobacco pyrolysis gas were quite different,In this experiment,16 aroma components were detected in the pyrolysis aerosol of flue-cured tobacco,19 aroma components in the pyrolysis aerosol of yellow sun-cured tobacco,18 aroma components in the pyrolysis aerosol of red suncured tobacco,13 aroma components in the pyrolysis aerosol of oriental tobacco,and 15 aroma components in the pyrolysis aerosol of cigar tobacco.【Conclusion】 Based on the comprehensive analysis of the aroma components in the pyrolysis flue gas of five types of tobacco,it is tentatively believed that the types and contents of aroma components in the pyrolytic aerosols of different types of tobacco at 300 ℃ are quite different,The content of aroma components in the pyrolytic aerosols of flue-cured tobacco and sun-cured tobacco was similar,belonging to the tobacco type with higher aroma components,followed by oriental tobacco,cigar tobacco and sun-cured red tobacco,Relatively speaking,yellow sun-cured tobacco may be a type of tobacco with rich aroma and high content.
