Abstract:
【Objective】To elucidate the effect of different fertilizers on soil nutrients and uptake of Angelica sinensis, and to provide a scientific basis and important reference for rational fertilization and ecological planting of A.sinensis.【Method】Seven different fertilizersT
1 (diammonium phosphate 750 kg/hm~2),T
2 (bacterial manure 2 250 kg/hm~2),T
3(bacterial manure 2 250 kg/hm~2+organic fertilizer 6 000 kg/hm~2),T
4(organic fertilizer 12 000 kg/hm~2),T
5 (organic fertilizer 18 000 kg/hm~2),T
6(organic fertilizer24 000 kg/hm~2) and T
7 (organic fertilizer 30 000 kg/hm~2)were designed on the basis of chemical fertilizer, bacterial manure and organic fertilizer without fertilization as the control (CK) and the soil nutrients (total N,P and K,alkali-hydro N,available P and K,soil organic matter and pH value) were determined at the harvest stage.【Result】There were significant effects of different fertilizers on soil nutrient changes of A.sinensis.The alkali-hydro N,available P,total K and available K decreased by 66.5%,63.1%,0.85%and12.3%respectively under the CK.The soil organic matter decreased by 17.6%while the N,P and K were opposite under T
1 treatment.The total N and K,available K and soil organic matter decreased by 17.3%,4.98%,52.1%and 5.29%respectively while the P was opposite under T
2 treatment.The total N and P,available P and K,and soil organic matter decreased by 17.5%,11.5%,60.4%,7.16%and 14.8%under the T
3 treatment, respectively. In general, the uptake of total N and alkali-hydro N were significantly decreased, while the uptake of total P and K,available P and K,and soil organic matter were significantly increased with the increase of organic fertilizer application (T
4 to T
7).The pH value increased in the CK,T
4 to T
7 treatments,while it decreased in the T
1 to T
3 treatments.【Conclusion】The T
3 treatment (bacterial manure 2 250 kg/hm~2+organic fertilizer 6 000 kg/hm~2) is the most favorable for to the absorption and utilization of soil nutrients by A.sinensis, which can be promoted and applied in the planting and cultivation of A.sinensis.
