Abstract:
【Objective】 To study the biological characteristics and the best cultivation conditions of Pleurotus.【Method】 In this study,a wood-decaying fungus of Pleurotus collected from the Taohe National Nature Reserve of Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture was used as the test material. The pure culture was isolated by tissue separation, and the biological characteristics were studied.【Result】 The fungus was identified as Pleurotus abieticoa and the mycelium was able to grow normally at the test temperature, and the most suitable being 25 ℃. It can also grow in the test pH,of which the optimum pH is 7. 0. The fungus grows corn starch grows fastest and lactose grows slowest in the test carbon source. Peptone is the most suitable for the growth of the test nitrogen source mycelium, urea does not grow in the test nitrogen source.【Conclusion】 The optimum culture temperature of this species was 25 ℃,the optimum pH was 7. 0,the best carbon source was corn starch, and the best nitrogen source was protein.
