Abstract: Veterinary surgery contains the occurrence, development, prognosis of animal surgical diseases, and the prevention and treatment of surgical diseases. Surgery is the main means to treat surgical diseases including reproductive system diseases. This paper investigated the shortcomings of traditional Animal Surgery teaching such as few experimental animals, limited types of available experimental animals, and few hands-on chances, and summarized the application effect of the hybrid teaching mode combining Internet resources and various teaching methods in Veterinary Surgery teaching, and suggested the existing problems and improvement measures to further improve the teaching level of Veterinary Surgery.
