Abstract: The course of Goat and Sheep Production is one of the compulsory courses for animal science majors in agricultural universities, characterizes with emphasis on practice and comprehension. Under the guidance of the first-class undergraduate curriculum construction, the construction measures of the first-rate undergraduate curriculum of Goat and Sheep Production were discussed in this paper from the perspective of teaching methods, teaching materials innovation and diversified evaluation methods, so as to provide reference for the cultivation of high-quality applied animal husbandry technology talents and the course construction of other majors.
