湖羊与多湖杂种一代公羔生长、屠宰性能及肉品质研究

Growth, slaughter performance and meat quality of male lambs of Hu sheep and F1 of Duolang Hu sheep

  • 摘要: 为了探究相同饲养条件下多浪羊×湖羊(多湖)F1代公羊、湖羊公羊生长性能、屠宰性能与肉品质之间的差异,试验对6月龄的健康多湖F1代、湖羊公羊各20只进行生长性能测定,每品种各4只屠宰后进行屠宰性能及肉品质测定。结果表明:6月龄多湖F1代公羊体重、体长、体高、胸围和管围均极显著高于湖羊公羊(P<0.01),宰前活重、胴体重、屠宰率均极显著高于湖羊公羊(P<0.01),眼肌宽和眼肌面积显著高于湖羊公羊(P<0.05),而GR值和眼肌长两者间无显著差异(P>0.05);6月龄多湖F1代公羊的肉色评分显著高于湖羊公羊(P<0.05),而大理石纹、剪切力、pH值和失水率两者间无显著差异(P>0.05)。说明6月龄多湖F1代公羊生长性能、屠宰性能和肉品质均优于同月龄湖羊公羊。

     

    Abstract: In order to explore the differences in growth performance, slaughter performance and meat quality between Duolang sheep× Hu sheep(Duohu) F1 male lambs and Hu male lambs under the same feeding managements, 20 Duohu F1 male lambs and 20 Hu male lambs with good health at the age of 6 months were used for the measurement of the growth performance, and among which, 4 Duohu F1 male lambs and 4 Hu male lambs were for the measurement of the slaughter performance and the meat quality. The results showed that the body weight, body length, body height, chest circumference and tube circumference of Duohu F1 male lambs were extremly higher than those of Hu male lambs(P<0.01). The pre-slaughter live weight, carcass weight and slaughter rate of Duohu F1 rams were extremly higher than those of Hu male lambs(P<0.01), and the eye muscle width and eye muscle area of Duohu F1 male lambs were significantly higher than those of Hu male lambs(P<0.05), however, there was no significant difference in GR value and eye muscle length between two lamb types(P>0.05). The flesh color score of Duohu F1 male lambs was significantly higher than that of Hu male lambs(P<0.05), and there was no significant difference in marble grain, shear force, pH and water loss rate between two lamb types(P>0.05). It could be concluded that the growth performance, slaughter performance and meat quality of Duohu F1 male lambs were better than Hu male lambs at 6 month old.
