褪黑素合成调控及功能乳制备研究进展

Regulation of melatonin biosynthesis and melatonin-based functional milk preparation:A review

  • 摘要: 褪黑素是一种广泛分布于细菌、真菌、植物和动物中的吲哚胺类分子,具有抗氧化、控制睡眠和调节机体免疫力等多种生物学功能。在哺乳动物中褪黑素的合成具有昼夜节律性,受到如光照和温度等多种因素的调控。文章总结了褪黑素的合成及生理学功能研究进展,阐明了褪黑素合成调控的影响因素,并分别列出了不同国家高褪黑素功能乳制备方式,以期为褪黑素在畜牧生产中的应用及褪黑素功能乳的制备提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Melatonin is a natural compound, specifically an indoleamine, produced by and found in different organisms including bacteria, fungi, plants and animals, and is involved in such biological processes such as anti-oxidation, sleep-wake timing and immunity regulation.Biosynthesis of melatonin is circadian in mammals and is regulated by light and putatively by temperature. In this paper, the research progress in melatonin biosynthesis and physiological functions was summarized, the regulatory factor of melatonin biosynthesis was clarified, and the ways of high-melatonin-based functional milk preparation in different countries were introduced, respectively, so as to provide references for the application of melatonin in animal husbandry production and the preparation of melatonin-based functional milk.
