Abstract:
The supervising ability of young graduate tutors is critical to the effectiveness of graduate education. The discipline of animal husbandry of Shanxi Aagricultural University has developed rapidly in recent years, more and more young tutors have been recruited into the team of educating graduate students. In the beginning stage of graduate cultivation,young tutors may encounter such challenges as less supervising experience, the pressure of teaching and research work, and less recognition from selective graduate candidates, which brings about some adverse influences on the construction of graduate-supervising team of the discipline of animal husbandry. This paper expounds the path of improving the supervising ability of young graduate tutors and the construction and development of the team of young graduate tutors in the discipline of animal husbandry,so as to provide a reference for training graduate tutors, construction of tutor team, and team management mechanism, aiming at improving the competitiveness of graduate students.
