Abstract: In order to improve the accuracy of estrus identification and the fertility of AI with frozen sperms in Liaoning cashmere goats, the experiments were conducted on the effects of artificial insemination with frozen semen on fertility of Liaoning cashmere goat in 4 stages of estrus.A total of 146 healthy does were selected and divided into 4 groups which would be inseminated with frozen semen in 4 stages of estrus, respectively. The results showed that the conception rate in the third stage was the highest（77.50%, 31/40）, followed by the second stage（44.00%, 22/50）, the third stage（8.33%, 3/36） and the fourth stage（0, 0/20）. It could be concluded that the best fertility of cervical insemination with frozen semen could be obtained in the third stage of estrus in Liaoning cashmere goats.
