Abstract:
The development of clinical thinking is an essential component of veterinary clinical practice and is crucial in transforming animal medicine students into senior veterinary professionals. However, due to objective limitations such as the number of students and resources available, achieving the desired effect of clinical practice can be challenging. The construction of the Veterinary Clinical Thinking Training System is explored to cultivate students’ clinical thinking ability and hands-on ability. The Veterinary Clinical Thinking Training System could be an effective method for cultivating students’ clinical thinking and practical application abilities. This paper focuses on the teaching of veterinary clinical diagnosis course and presents the Veterinary Clinical Thinking Training System designed for students majoring in animal medicine. The effectiveness of the clinical thinking training in the practical teaching system of veterinary clinical diagnosis is evaluated through course examination and analysis of goal achievement degree. It could be concluded that veterinary clinical thinking training could effectively improve students’ logical thinking in clinical diagnosis and be used as a training platform for cultivating senior veterinary professionals with innovative spirit and practical ability.
