Abstract:
In order to strengthen the construction of the teaching staffs in applied agricultural university and improve the training quality of application-oriented professionals majoring in animal husbandry and veterinary science, the author analyzed the status quo and main problems of the teaching ability of the young teachers in the major of animal husbandry and veterinary science in the local applied agricultural universities, and explored ways of improving the young teachers’ teaching ability in the perspective of regular training to build a “Double Qualified and Double Capable” teacher staff team that meets the demand of the construction of the new agricultural sciences and the healthy development of regional animal husbandry. The results suggested that the reforming measures proved to be able to provide guarantee for promoting the high-quality development of animal husbandry and veterinary professional education.
