欧拉-湖羊杂交繁育同期发情与人工授精技术应用研究

Application of estrus synchronization and artificial insemination technology in Oula-Hu sheep breeding

  • 摘要: 为了提升临潭县牧区肉羊的繁殖能力、解决肉羊养殖体系不完善的问题,试验以当地优势湖羊为母本、引进欧拉羊为父本进行杂交改良。首先采用虎红平板凝集试验和聚合酶链式反应(PCR)对羊只进行布鲁氏杆菌病检测;其次通过DNA测序筛选湖羊多胎纯合子(GG型)个体,以此增加杂交肉羊的繁殖能力;最后应用同期发情及人工授精技术进行肉羊品种杂交改良,从而构建出一套增强临潭县肉羊繁殖性能的生产模式。结果表明:欧拉羊与湖羊杂交模式既利用了母本品种的繁殖力优势,又利用了父本的肉用和抗病力优势,后备母羊的受孕率得到了明显提升(85%),同时缩短了其繁育周期,有效增加了优质种公羊的配种效果,进一步降低了养殖成本。

     

    Abstract: To improve the prolificacy of sheep in the pastoral areas of Lintan county and resolve the issues in the sheep farming system, Hu sheep were used as the maternal lineage to cross with introduced Oula sheep as the paternal lineage for genetic improvement. To begin with, the sheep were tested for brucellosis using rose-bengal plates and polymerase chain reaction(PCR). Then, Hu sheep was tested for individuals with GG genotypes through DNA sequencing to enhance the fecundity of hybrid sheep. Finally, estrus synchronization and artificial insemination were applied for the crossbreeding of sheep varieties to establish a production system suitable for enhancing the lamb production in Lintan county. The results suggested that the Oula-Hu sheep hybrid breeding system could take advantage of both the reproductive advantages of the maternal breed and the advantages in the meat quality and disease resistance of paternal breeds, resulting in a significant increase in the pregnancy rate of ewes(85%) and a shortening in their reproduction cycle, and effectively enhance the breeding efficiency of ram breeds and further reduce breeding costs.
