Abstract: In recent years, the demand for beef in China has increased year by year, showing a trend of insufficiency. Belgian Blue-and-White cattle have the characteristics of large size, high meat production and excellent meat quality, which are welcomed by the beef cattle breeding industry and consumers. This article summarizes the breeding process, breed characteristics, production and application of Belgian Blue-and-White cattle and its development status in China, so as to meet the market demand for high-end beef as soon as possible.
