The construction and application of case library in the postgraduate teaching of Veterinary Master’s professional degree:Taking modern Animal Disease Prevention and Control as an example

Case teaching is an effective way to increase student engagement and challenge students to integrate and apply skills to real-world problems in a professionally oriented master’s degree program, and case library is the important guarantee for case teaching. Animal Disease Prevention and Control is an important major course for professional master’s degree students majoring in veterinary medicine. In order to improve the teaching quality of the course, especially the ability of postgraduates to closely integrate theory and practice, a course case library was established and applied in practice, which enhanced the innovative ability of professional degree graduate students to propose and solve problems, and achieved good teaching results. This paper is intended to provide a reference for promoting the cultivation of professional degree graduates with gaining extensive on-the-job training.
