烟盲蝽对温室蔬菜白粉虱的防治效果研究

摘要: 为了减少设施蔬菜化学药剂的使用,本研究设置2个烟盲蝽处理(处理A:番茄1穗果期释放烟盲蝽,处理B:番茄4穗果期释放烟盲蝽)和同期不释放烟盲蝽对照,通过调查烟盲蝽和温室白粉虱数量和变化趋势,计算烟盲蝽对温室白粉虱的相对防效,进一步探索温室白粉虱的生物防治技术。结果表明:1穗果期和4穗果期烟盲蝽数量最高值为21.67和31.33头·100叶-1,对照区1穗果期和4穗果期温室白粉虱数量最高值为2 333.0和2 725.0头·100叶-1,处理区温室白粉虱数量最低值为227.3和404.0头·100叶-1,相对防效最高可达到90.3%和84.1%。且1穗果期释放烟盲蝽相对防效略高于4穗果期。因此,应用烟盲蝽防治温室白粉虱是可行的。Abstract: In order to reduce the use of chemicals in greenhouse vegetable,in this study,two treatments of release Nesidiocoris tenuis(treatment A:release Nesidiocoris tenuis during tomato first fruiting stage,treatment B:release Nesidiocoris tenuis during tomato fourth fruiting stage)and the control without releasing Nesidiocoris tenuis at the corresponding period were set up.The control efficacy of Nesidiocoris tenuis on the greenhouse whitefly was calculated by investigating the number and changing trend of the greenhouse whitefly and Nesidiocoris tenuis,and the biological control technology of the greenhouse whitefly in the greenhouse was further explored.The results showed that the highest number of Nesidiocoris tenuis during tomato first fruiting stage and fourth fruiting stage was 21.67 and 31.33 per 100 leaves.The highest number of greenhouse whitefly during tomato first fruiting stage and fourth fruiting stage was respectively 2 333.0 and 2 725.0 per 100 leaves in the control area,the lowest number of greenhouse whitefly was respectively 227.3 and 404.0 per 100 leaves in the treatment area,and the control efficacy cpild maximize to 90.3% and 84.1% respectively.The control efficacy of releaing Nesidiocoris tenuis during tomato first fruiting stage was slightly higher than that during tomato heading and fourth fruiting stage.As a consequence,it is feasible to control the greenhouse whitefly by applying Nesidiocoris tenuis.
