Abstract:
Coumestans compounds have a wide range of pharmacological activities such as anti-cancer, anti-oxidation, liver protection, osteoporosis, immune regulation, and venom.In view of the various pharmacological activities of coumestans compounds, the synthetic route has become the key to research.In this paper, the research status of Coumestan compounds was analyzed by consulting the literature at home and abroad.Based on the four ring basic skeleton structure of Coumestan compounds, the synthesis paths of these compounds were classified according to different rings, namely, CD ring based on AB ring and AB ring based on CD ring.In addition, the synthesis depends on electrochemical and photochemical methods.By summarizing the synthesis path of Coumestan compounds, the perfect part of the synthesis path and the blank part of the experiment were sorted out.
