Abstract:
In order to reval the effect of high temperature on the reproductive development and physiological characteristics of rice moth infected with Wolbachia, the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT)and peroxidase(POD)protective enzymes were measured under different temperature and time combinations,to explore the influence of high temperature on rice moth protective enzyme system,at the same time under room temperature 25℃and 31℃,to observe the hatchability of rice moth, pupa rate and eclosion rate, rate of female moth, indices such as spawning and development period, estimated the biological characteristics of the rice moth. The results showed that there was no significant difference in hatching rate, pupation rate, emergence rate and female moth rate under room temperature and high temperature conditions, but it had a serious impact on the amount of eggs laid by the adults and the development duration of the moth.At 31℃ processing conditions, its body SOD content increased, content of 35℃condition CAT fell sharply, under the condition of25℃to deal with the protective enzyme system in a state of balance.high temperature would affect the developmental duration, spawning quantity and fecundity of the infected Wolbachia, and would also destroy the balance of protective enzymes in the body of the infected Wolbachia, while high temperature had little effect on the reproductive pattern of the infected Wolbachia.
