13份玉米自选系配合力分析

Combining Ability Analysis of 13 Maize Inbred Lines

  • 摘要: 为在育种过程中高效利用玉米自交系,以13个选育的玉米自交系为材料,利用NCII设计组配40个杂交组合,对12个性状进行一般配合力(GCA)和特殊配合力(SCA)分析。结果表明,株高、穗位和茎粗GCA表现较好的F25可作为亲本改良后代的抗倒伏能力;M136、M118、F175和F10的单株产量GCA较高,可作为高产育种材料的候选亲本;单株产量SCA较高的杂交组合有M135×F147、M136×F10、M136×F175、M27×F25、M33×F175,可进一步鉴定密度、适应性、稳产性、抗性等。

     

    Abstract: In order to make efficient use of maize inbred lines in the breeding process,13selected maize inbred lines were used as tested materials,40maize crosses were obtained based on NCII genetic mating design,and 12traits were analyzed for general combining ability and specific combining ability.The results showed that F25with higher GCA performance in plant height,ear height and stem diameter which could be used as a parent to improve the lodging resistance;M136,M118,F175and F10had higher GCA of per plant yield and could be used as parents for high-yielding breeding materials.The hybrid combinations with higher SCA of yield per plant include M135×F147,M136×F10,M136×F175,M27×F25and M33×F175,which can be further identified for other characteristics,such as density,adaptability,stable yield and resistance.
