檇李茎段腋芽诱导培养研究

Induction and Culture of Axillary Buds from Stem Segments of Zuili（Prunus salicina Lindl.）

摘要: 为提高檇李茎段腋芽诱导培养效率,本文以檇李茎段为外植体,通过植物组织培养方法,研究外植体最佳消毒方法和腋芽诱导最适宜的培养基,为檇李的无性繁殖提供理论依据。结果表明:最适宜檇李茎段外植体消毒的方法为75%乙醇消毒30s,2%次氯酸钠消毒20min。茎段腋芽诱导最佳的培养基为WPM+6-BA1.5mg·L^-1+NAA 0.5mg·L^-1。

Abstract: In order to improve the induction and culture efficiency of axillary buds in stem segments of Zuili,in this paper,the stems of Zuili were used as explants,through tissue culture methods,researching the best disinfection method for explants and the most suitable medium for axillary bud induction were studied to provide scientific basis for the asexual reproduction of Zuili.The results showed that,the best disinfection method for explants of Zuili stem was 75%ethanol 30 s+2%sodium hypochlorite for 20 min.WPM+6-BA 1.5 mg·L-1+NAA 0.5 mg·L-1 was the best inducing culture for axillary bud of stem segment.
