Abstract: In order to improve the efficiency of aqueous two-phase extraction,the application of biphasic extraction in plant was reviewed including simple phenolic acids,flavonoids,anthocyanins,and phenylpropanoids,as well as the combination of aqueous two-phase extraction and other methods,and its application prospect was prospected.
