外源Ca2+缓解玉米幼苗盐胁迫伤害的研究

Study on Alleviating Salt Stress Injury of Maize Seedlings by Exogenous Ca2+

  • 摘要: 为改善大庆盐碱地土壤对农作物生长的抑制,促进耐盐玉米品种的选育,以龙育4号玉米为材料,对玉米幼苗进行NaCl盐胁迫处理,同时添加1,3和5 mmol·L-1的Ca2+缓解盐胁迫,测定玉米幼苗的丙二醛(MDA)、叶绿素含量、过氧化物酶(POD)、可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量和脯氨酸含量。结果表明:植物受到盐胁迫后与对照相比MDA含量显著增加,叶绿素含量显著降低,POD活性显著增强,渗透调节物质脯氨酸含量和可溶性蛋白增加不显著,但可溶性糖含量显著增加(P<0.05)。加入3mmol·L-1 Ca2+后,与盐胁迫处理相比,MDA、脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白含量及POD活性均降到最低,且与盐胁迫处理差异显著(P<0.05)。综上所述,外源Ca2+对玉米幼苗盐胁迫伤害具有一定的缓解作用,3mmol·L-1 Ca2+处理对玉米幼苗盐胁迫缓解效果最佳。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the inhibition of saline alkali soil on crop growth in Daqing and promote the breeding of salt tolerant maize varieties,with maize Longyu 4as the material,maize seedlings were treated with NaCl stress and alleviated by adding(1,3and 5mmol·L-1)concentrations of Ca2+,and the contents of malondialdehyde(MDA),chlorophyll,peroxidase (POD),soluble sugar,soluble protein and proline were measured.The results showed that the plant under salt stress compared with the control indicated the MDA content increased,chlorophyll content decreased,POD activity increased and soluble sugar content increased,significant differences(P<0.05).Proline and the content of soluble protein increased,but the differences were not significant.After adding 3mmol·L-1 Ca2+,the contents of MDA,proline,soluble protein and POD activity decreased to the lowest level compared with salt stress group,and the differences were significant(P<0.05).In conclusion,exogenous Ca2+has a certain alleviating effect on maize seedlings under salt stress,and 3mmol·L-1 Ca2+treatment has the best alleviating effect on maize seedlings under salt stress.
