不同成熟期木蝴蝶果实氨基酸及矿质元素含量研究

Study on the Contents of Amino Acids and Mineral Elements in Oroxylum indicum Fruits at Different Mature Periods

  • 摘要: 为进一步促进木蝴蝶资源的开发利用,采用全自动氨基酸分析仪和电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定了木蝴蝶果实不同时期、不同部位氨基酸和矿质元素含量。结果表明:木蝴蝶果实成熟期和鲜食期不同部位含有17种氨基酸(8种必需氨基酸、9种药用氨基酸)。其中天门冬氨酸、精氨酸和脯氨酸3种氨基酸含量相对较高,蛋氨酸含量最少。木蝴蝶果实不同时期不同部位的总氨基酸含量大小为鲜食期种子和翅>成熟期翅>鲜食期果皮>成熟期果皮>成熟期种子;成熟期不同部位木蝴蝶果实检出12种矿质元素,含量大小依次为Ca>Mg>As>Pb>Fe>Cu>Zn>Mn>Ni>Cr>V>Cd。矿质元素在成熟期木蝴蝶果实不同部位含量大小依次为翅>种子>果皮。

     

    Abstract: In order to further promote the development and utilization of Oroxylum indicumresources,the contents of amino acids and mineral elements in different parts of Oroxylum indicum fruits at different periods were determined by automatic amino acid analyzer and inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry.The results showed that there were 17 kinds of amino acids(8 essential amino acids and 9 medicinal amino acids)in different parts of Oroxylum indicumfruit during mature and fresh eating periods.The content of total amino acids in different parts of Oroxylum indicumfruit at different periods was as follows:seeds and wings at fresh eating period > wings at mature periods>pericarp at fresh eating period > pericarp at mature periods>seeds at mature periods;12 kinds of mineral elements were detected in different parts of Oroxylum indicumfruit at maturity,and the contents were Ca>Mg>As>Pb>Fe>Cu>Zn>Mn>Ni>Cr>V>Cd.The content of mineral elements in different parts of Oroxylum indicumfruit was wing>seed>fruit.
