Abstract:
The species diversity of plant community is closely related to the stability of plant community.Based on the interference theory, this paper assumed that there was a difference between the community diversity of Ochotona curzoniae in the interference and non-interference areas, and analyzed the difference between the plant community data of 10 interference sample plots and 10 non-interference sample plots,as well as the correlation between the interference degree and the plant community data, and the effects of Ochotona curzoniae disturbance on species richness index, species diversity index, evenness index and vegetation coverage of alpine meadow were studied. The results showed that Ochotona curzoniae disturbance could increase the richness index and diversity index of alpine meadow plant community to a certain extent, and reduced the evenness index and vegetation coverage of the community, and these results were also closely related to the intensity of Ochotona curzoniae disturbance. The existence of Ochotona curzoniae was beneficial to the diversity of plant community, but had negative effects on the structure of plant community and vegetation coverage. In a word, the influence of Ochotona curzoniae disturbance on the stability of plant community can not be evaluated only by whether it produces disturbance, but also by the influence of different disturbance intensity,so as to reveal the influence of Ochotona curzoniae disturbance on the stability of plant community and grassland degradation more comprehensively. In addition,it is necessary to explore the relationship between the moderate disturbance of Ochotona curzoniae to grassland ecosystem and the peak response of vegetation species diversity.
