马铃薯悬浮细胞培养体系构建的研究进展

Research Progress on Establishment of Potato Suspension Cell Culture System

  • 摘要: 马铃薯悬浮细胞培养体系在马铃薯应用研究中尤为重要,是进行马铃薯育种学研究、基因工程研究的基础。其中构建细胞培养体系可大致分为4个过程,即外植体选择、愈伤组织培养、愈伤组织继代、悬浮细胞培养体系构建。本文着重对马铃薯悬浮细胞培养体系建立及其在培育新品种、脱毒薯培育、构建马铃薯种质资源基因库和应用生物转化反应器方面的应用进行阐述分析。

     

    Abstract: Potato suspension cell culture system is particularly important in potato application research,which is the basis of potato breeding research and genetic engineering research.The construction of cell culture system can be roughly divided into four processes,namely,explant selection,callus culture,callus subculture,and suspension cell culture system construction.This paper focused on the establishment of potato suspension cell culture system and its application in the cultivation of new varieties,virus-free potato cultivation,the construction of potato germplasm gene bank and the application of biotransformation reactor.
