叶面施硒对瓜菜品质及富硒效果的影响

Effects of Foliar Application of Selenium on Quality and Selenium Enrichment of Melons and Vegetables

  • 摘要: 为筛选瓜菜适宜的有机硒施用浓度,提高瓜菜品质及产量,以茄子、红薯和甜瓜为试验材料,叶面喷施不同浓度的有机硒营养液(1 000和1 500mL·667m-2),测定参试瓜菜的果实性状、营养指标和产量。结果表明:叶片喷施不同浓度有机硒均增加了茄子、红薯及甜瓜产量,其中茄子喷施有机硒量以1 000mL·667m-2增产效果显著,红薯及甜瓜产量在不同用量之间差异不显著;叶面喷施有机硒能够显著提高3种瓜菜作物的VC含量,提高甜瓜可溶性固形物含量,增加红薯粗蛋白、干物质及还原糖含量;3种瓜菜类作物对有机硒的富集效果表现为甜瓜>茄子和红薯,茄子及红薯以有机硒用量为1 000 mL·667 m-2,甜瓜以有机硒用量为1 500mL·667m-2的富硒效果较好。

     

    Abstract: In order to select the suitable concentration of organic selenium and improve the quality and yield of melons and vegetables,eggplant,sweet potato(Ipomoea batatas)and melon were sprayed with different concentrations of organic selenium nutrient solution(1 000 and 1 500 mL·667 m-2)on their leaves to determine the fruit characters,nutritional indexes and yield of the tested melons and vegetables.The results showed that the yield of eggplant,sweet potato(Ipomoea batatas)and melon were increased by spraying organic selenium on leaves.The yield of eggplant increased significantly by spraying organic selenium at 1 000 mL·667 m-2,but the yield of sweet potato(Ipomoea batatas)and melon had no significant difference among different application rates;foliar spraying of organic selenium could significantly increase the VC content of melon and vegetable crops,the soluble solid content of melon,and the crude protein,dry matter and reducing sugar content of sweet potato(Ipomoea batatas);the enrichmental effects of organic selenium in three kinds of melon and vegetable crops was melon> eggplant and sweet potato(Ipomoea batatas),1 000 mL·667 m-2 of organic selenium was better for eggplant and sweet potato(Ipomoea batatas),and 1 500 mL·667 m-2 for melon.
