Abstract:
In order to regulate the application rate of base fertilizer reasonably, promote the improvement of rice yield and quality, and thus achieve the effect of cost saving and efficiency increasing. This study selected 12 rice varieties(lines) with stable performance in the first accumulated temperature zone of Heilongjiang Province. By setting up two types of fields with nitrogen content differences, namely do not application of base fertilizer(DN) and normal application of base fertilizer(NN), the yield traits, processing quality, and taste quality of each variety(line) were investigated and analyzed to clarify the impact of nitrogen content differences in base fertilizer on various traits of the experimental materials, as well as the sensitivity of the reference materials to differences in base fertilizer. The results showed that compared with the application of base fertilizer, the measured yield of the tested materials without the application of base fertilizer showed a decreasing trend. Among them, there were significant differences between the different treatments of 20 Jian 203, 20 Jian 204, 20 Jian 97, 20 Jian 98, Songkegeng 122, and Songkegeng 134. The application of base fertilizer had no significant effect on the processing quality of rice, and had a small impact on the length and width of rice grains. However, not applying nitrogen fertilizer treatments reduced protein content by 0% to 1.2%, slightly increased taste value, but significantly reduced yield. Therefore, the rational application of nitrogen fertilizer was still the best choice in agricultural production. Correlation analysis showed that under both DN and NN treatments, there was a highly significant negative correlation between seed setting rate and empty grains, with correlation coefficients of-0.98. Taste value showed a highly significant negative correlation and a highly significant positive correlation with protein and amylose, respectively.
