Abstract:
In order to prolong the fresh-keeping time of Eustoma cut flowers,Eustoma cut flowers were used as experimental materials,and the L
9(3~4)orthogonal test was used to determine the vase life,ornamental value,flower diameter change,flowering rate,fresh weight of flower branches,water balance value,water content and soluble protein content in petals of Eustoma cut flowers during the vase period for objective to screen the formula of Eustoma cut flowers for household fresh-keeping solution.The results showed that compared with the control,the vase life of Eustoma cut flowers in each treatment was prolonged,the ornamental value was improved,the flower diameter and flowering rate were promoted,the water balance was maintained,and the senescence of cut flowers was delayed;M7 treatment(20 g·L
-1 white granulated sugar+1 g·L
-1 amoxicillin+50 mg·L
-1 VC)was the optimal formula.
