甘草带芽茎段诱导丛生芽条件的研究

Study on the Conditions of Induction of Axillary Bud from Buded Stem Segments of Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch

  • 摘要: 为建立适宜的甘草植株再生体系,加强甘草种质资源的保护与利用,采用不同激素组合设计,以MS为基础培养基,观察不同激素配比对甘草带芽茎段诱导丛生芽的影响。结果表明:甘草带芽茎段生长发育最适宜培养基为MS+0.5mg·L-16-BA+0.2mg·L-1 NAA+30g·L-1蒸糖+8g·L-1琼脂,株高可达10.83cm;甘草带芽茎段诱导丛生芽形成最适宜培养基为MS+0.5mg·L-16-BA+0.5mg·L-1 KT+0.1mg·L-1 NAA+30g·L-1蒸糖+8g·L-1琼脂,丛生芽增值倍数达3.00倍。

     

    Abstract: In order to establish a suitable regeneration system of Glycyrrhiza uralensis and strengthen the protection and utilization of germplasm resources of Glycyrrhiza uralensis,different hormone combinations were designed and MS was used as the basic medium to observe the effects of different hormone ratios on the induction of cluster buds of Glycyrrhiza uralensis.The results showed that MS+0.5 mg·L-1 6-BA+0.2 mg·L-1 NAA+30 g·L-1 sucrose+8 g·L-1 agar was the most suitable medium for the growth and development of Glycyrrhiza uralensis with buds,and the plant height could reach 10.83 cm;the optimum medium for inducing the formation of cluster buds was MS+0.5 mg·L-1 6-BA+0.5 mg·L-1 KT+0.1 mg·L-1 NAA+30 g·L-1 sucrose+8 g·L-1 agar,and the multiplication of cluster buds was 3.00 times.
